Eye Colors Broken Post Patch

Earlier I went into an appearance file of a player and tried to change their eyes from blue to green and it defaulted to the color brown and I can't do anything to reverse it. Even deleting the PNG altogether does nothing for me. I have no issue changing the player's skin tone and everything else. It's only the eye color that appears to be broken. Please HELP!

Please delete your duplicate posts. It's really useful that you don't post the file you have changed! Also, what happens when you remove the file from the mods folder?

Eye color remains brown even after removing PNG from mods folder and extracting default PNG

You said you changed the appearance file, have you reverted back to the default or your pre-edit backup copy?
