before it was necessary to modify spine2.ty to be able to lengthen or reduce the torso and the legs but on 2K25 I have the impression that nothing changes. You too?

I believe if you have already modified body sliders in the edit player menu, any modifications to the .json file will not show up. You can make them show by resetting the player's body measurements to their default setting (usually 50/50/50/50). However, manually adjusting them will not work, but importing player DNA (appearance only) from the 2K servers will make them revert to default appearance sliders, which will make your .json modifications show up in-game. Just beware that for some reason appearance DNA also might change player age if that is a concern at all.
