Initial findings

Hi
there are only Xbox icons!
The manifest is structured differently so the exporter doesn't work.
There is a mod.exe file which can be used in a commend window to export files to a mods folder which is promising..
However the game doesn't appear to load from the folder, though I have only tried replacing the default shoe so far!

Uniforms work straight from 2K24 but fonts are different

An official export function is good news indeed! Here's hoping the potential delays in getting things going that we were bracing ourselves for won't be as long as we may have feared.

The file structure of the player models is completely different, looks like we are going to need new blender import/export tools.

So I notice right away the bodies polycount looks similar too DAZ3D Gen9 models. Man, we're going really make some dope stuff in this community this year! Without a doubt! :D

Why? It doesn't appear to be used at all.
The game appears to load dds files instead of the customshoedata as far as I have been able to determine. I'm trying to work out where some of the gameplay shoes are being used.
