Conversion of Dornas 2k24 for 2k25

I'm trying to use my custom dornas from 2k24 in 2k25, it appears on a black screen in the game. What files do I need to edit so they can work? I think it has something to do with the .TXTR file but I'm not sure about it. Can anyone help me please?
