Issues with clipping of body parts etc face/body mods

I downloaded a ton of faces/bodymods from 2kspecialist and shuajota´s website but many of them have issues with clipping sleeves and understhirts. I guess this is due to the user that made them using other settings in their roster ? I use the latest original 2k roster. Is there a way to solve it without changing roster ?

Rosters have nothing to do with clipping.
Most likely they are using one of the paid Jersey mods but you could try editing the appearance.json file and reducing the thick/thin values of the affected area (normally chest in previous versions)

I am using a paid jersey mod but why would that have effect on sleaves fpr example ?

They might be using an accessories mod then. Apologies, I didn't read the undershirts part correctly.
