Mods Folder?

Hope this is not a dumb question,

I didn't really play 2k24 but I know in the past, we had to download a Mod Folder to put in the directory to be able to use Mods.
I can't seem to find one for this year. Do we have one? or is there a different process this year since this is the first year that they did a complete port for the PC version
