NBA 2K Importer Exporter for Blender Bug

Hello,
There seems to be a bug with this blender addon. I'm using Blender 3.2 attempting to export a shoe model after I've made the appropriate changes. For some reason it keeps on exporting the original model without any of the changes. I've tested this numerous times and it seems to save the changes to both shoes early in the project, but then some type of bug occurs and no matter what I try to do a work around it won't save the changes.
I've tried importing the shoe model again and copy the UV maps and then use the Mesh Data Transfer addon and it works and looks great in blender, but I still get this bug. I've also tried closing blender and opening the project again and it still doesn't work.
