Editing CF Dimensions via appearance_info.json file

Hello fam! just curious if this could be fixed/adjusted appropriately via the appearance_info.json file just like the old way? how could I adjust the thickness of the calves/lower leg to match the thickness of the leg sleeve as seen in the photo? which parameter should I adjust? Thanks in advance
