Conversion of Dornas 2k24 for 2k25

I'm trying to use my custom dornas from 2k24 in 2k25, it appears on a black screen in the game. What files do I need to edit so they can work? I think it has something to do with the .TXTR file but I'm not sure about it. Can anyone help me please?

make sure the dds attributes are the same as those in the TXTR

Do they need to be the same? can be more specific than what needs to be edited in the files
