Help with getting first cyberface to work? What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I am a long time lurker who has modded NBA2k since 2k17.

I have made a mods folder for NBA 2k25 and put in in the game directory next to the data folder and anti cheat folder.

Everything I read says the cyberface I am using should work but its still showing the original players face when I load up the game.

Am I skipping any steps? Am I missing something? I just want to get PPPs Flagg face I bought to work

The IFF files must be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NBA 2K25\mods\char\sig folder.

Can I just create a folder named "char" and inside that a folder named "sig folder" in my mods folder?

Still not working for me with the additional folders made. Is there some tutorial on here I missed?

If I were you I would ask the person I gave money to for help making it work. But Flagg isn't in the game afaik so how have you assigned the face ID to him?

I could but I didnt want to bug a popular modder with what I was thinking is me missing something (I cant get any cyberfaces to work). The one in question is labeled 8081 so I assume will take over Matt Hurts face once I get any cyberface to read properly. I assume once I get the mod folder set up properly? Gonna search Youtube for some tutorials today was hoping I would be pointed in the correct direction here

You can create a "sig" folder within a "char" folder within a "mods" folder.

This worked for me!

Before making the post they were just in the mods folder. Until your second comment, I had it labeled "sig folder" and then corrected it to "sig"

Are the sig and char folders two separate folders inside the mods folder? Confusing...
