Passing Glitch

Does anyone know how to fix the passing glitch in 25? Kinda hard to explain but no one can pass the ball or IB as it just teleports back into there hands again. I'm bad at explaining things but here is someone else having the same problem with a video https://www.reddit.com/r/NBA2k/comments ... ssing_bug/. I tried closing out of all modding/cheating programs and the glitch still happens. I even tried loading the game in offline mode and it still happens.
