I have tried rebuilding shaders multiple times as well as reinstalling GPU drivers.
Added few images. Pictures don't do justice how ugly and old gen like it all really looks.

try to reset/update your GPU drivers
you're the only guy here with an AMD GPU to report this issue, so its highly probably related to one of yours settings.

I only got fsr and xess as available options and im not using either.
Still the thing that texture quality setting make no difference between low-mid-high (i know i have to restart game to make change) buggers me and indicates that probably something wrong with drivers/game.

I asked you to show screenshots of your graphics settings in game, and your monitor settings. Also, it would be helpful if you let us know what your rig specs are, as well as if you have anything turned on in the AMD Radeon control panel. Also, are you using the Steam version of the game?
You showed a screenshot of yourself on the court. That means you can show the screenshots I am requesting. I am not going to have a back and forth continue until you help us help you.
If you are unwilling to provide those screenshots. I will close the thread.

Also, important, are you using the Steam version of the game?
Note: you can turn the low vram indicator off, not sure why you have it left on.

I noticed that in Madden 24. It's gotten to the point, like what's the point? My computer is a mid-range build, that can run most games. I don't have the resources to spend that kind of money to play games unfortunately

Have you tried to run it? What are your rig specs? (CPU, GPU, RAM)

And what are you playing on? (Monitor, TV, Laptop, etc)
