[REQUEST] Jaden Ivey short hair

Hi I would like to make a request for Jaden Ivey with shorter hair/small afro like this or a buzzcut if someone is kind enough to make it

I had asked for a similar request for him and Julius Randle.

I made this version converting the one from OLDMANGAME2K for 2K23 and used the vanilla face texture because I preferred it. However both have issues with the shadows from the braids still on the back of the neck and it's not part of the face color file. I can't figure out which file to edit and how to fix it.

Your issue comes probably from the bentnormal files
Try to replace DDS and txtr by those from the player you used the new haircut

In those shots, I don't see braids on the back of his neck. Looks pretty good to me. OLDMANGAME2K was good, but it only worked for 2K23.

The braids aren't there but the shadow from the braids that the default face has, are there even though they don't appear on the texture file, though the shadows are apparently caused by the bent normal file.

Just find a blank bentnormal from a face with short hair.

Hi, here you have it fixed, I followed your steps out of curiosity and used Middleton's bentnormal files, and if it had an effect, maybe you didn't pass the txt also or something you missed, but just in case here is a link with the face file already fixed.

I put your Ivey in the mods folder, still not showing up in game. He still has braids. Checked face number in 2K tools, it's the same face8025.iff.

He does. Nobody did a face scan of him with short hair. Needs to be fixed.
