exploding textures?

I am having a problem after installing some mods, I get this weird "exploding texture". I thought it was the cyberface mod I am using, but I removed it and still have the problem. It's happening to not just one player but multiple...

rename you mods folder and create a new one and add 1 mod at a time until you find the culprit.
