Loading screen bug

Ehi guys, can someone please help me? When I launch the game (via Steam, PC) I get stuck on the logos screen..it's not a problem of loading because if I press the exit button for example, it shows up the message "Do you want to quit the game?" I just can't see the main menu and it never happened until today, did someone experience the same problem/bug? Thanks!

Did you install any global file from 2K23?
