Is there a way to unlock FPS in replays in play now?

In the play now mode when there are replays during halftime or other cinematic replays, the fps seems really bad, capped to 30 or even 24. Is there a way to change it or some .iff file that can be modified to unlock it?

You should install Geforce experience, it downloads automatically the drivers you need. For me it works.
