I have the new hook tool, with the new mod location but I cannot figure out how to install the city jersey mods. I put the folders in the new mod folder and nothing happens. What is the correct folder layout?

Until Looyh releases NBA 2K24 tools, you won't be able to add and assign new jerseys. Currently, 2K has not added the city edition jerseys to the old generation, so the slots for city jerseys do not exist yet. For example, for the 76ers, it would be "u000phi_current_city.iff." This can be easily addressed with 2K Tools, as you can add this ID to an unused jersey slot and assign it to any NBA team. The only option you have until 2K24 tools are available is to replace the city edition jerseys with a retro jersey from the respective team. To do this, you can use File Explorer, enter, for example, "u000phi" (for the 76ers), and you will see all the available jersey IDs for that team. You would then just need to rename the city edition jersey file to any of them. Remember that uXXXzzz XXX is the team ID, while zzz is the team abbreviation. For example, u000phi, u001mil, u002was, u003chi, etc.
