The model isn't in the game yet so someone would have to make it from scratch and overwrite one of the original shoes. This thread is just for changing colourways mostly

Nice! Just drop these in the shoe folder, or do they have to be added to shoe_global?

You can try putting them in your shoe folder, it might work but I put them in the shoe_global.iff

Didn't realise I would have to keep repeating this but:
Copy into your shoe_global.iff in the mods folder (or the hook\mods folder if you use the hook): (They 'might' work direct in the mods folder but I have not tried it and nor will I )

I opened lots of shoes IFF file but there are no scne files to import in Blender

Not entirely true, as I\we can use the patterns files as I did with the Luca shoe but I can't really be bothered doing shoes I won't use, but you guys are more than welcome to have a go.
The colorway method doesn't allow mismatched L and R shoes unfortunately, so I can't make Jaylen Brown's for eg

The Black ones seem to have a different ankle\collar thing and swoosh? Are they the same shoe? I can do an all black Jump 2
