Insert tatoo in create a player

Hey guys, I know I might sound silly, but at some point in my life I asked myself... why can't I add tattoos to the players I create?
I see it's possible, but I don't know how... can you help me?

Yes, it’s technically possible to add tattoos to created players, but the game doesn’t let you do it through the normal in-game editor. The only way people get tattoos on CAPs is by using mods, external tools, or custom roster edits depending on the game you’re playing. If you’re on console, you’re pretty much limited to whatever the game officially offers — which usually means no custom tattoos for created players.
