Changing NBA rules in MyLeague

Hi guys,

I was wondering whether it was possible to change the NBA rules in MyLeague without having to sim through years and years just so you can enact 5 rules per season via League meeting. I would for example love to have the ELAM ending and the draft tournament right from the start as well as some other rules. I have checked the menus and can't find a damn thing so maybe I would need to change it in the savegame itself somehow? Does anybody have a clue how to go about that?
