You have to use tweak files from 2K23. 2K24 ones don´t work on 2K23.

I would suggest to extract a tweak from another uniform from every single team.

The name of these files: clothing_resource_uXXXaaa_current_home_tweak

XXX is the team ID: 000 philadelphia, 001 milwaukee, etc

aaa: abbreviation team: phi, mil, chi, lal, etc.

You will need to rename the file, for example for lakers if you extract clothing_resource_u015lal_current_home_tweak, make sure you rename it to clothing_resource_u015lal_current_city_tweak

Remember, clothing files are in a clothing folder. So to extact the files you have to write clothing/ before the file name: clothing/clothing_resource_u015lal_current_home_tweak

2K didn´t update the sponsor patches on PC btw.

The thing is that the position of the numbers from the different editions are in other spots, so the exported tweak files from the default jerseys aren't "correcting" the numbers of the new city jerseys to the right position. I also tried out some the tweak files from pinoy's city jerseys and even with them, the positioning is still wrong combined with the default 2K24 city jerseys which you shared, do you know why? Is there no other option to get the positioning and size of the numbers right than making a custom specific tweak file with the according program for every of the new 2K24 city jerseys?

The only way to obtain an accurate position for the numbers is to manually edit the 2K23 tweak file to add the correct values.

To adjust the position of the numbers, you need to modify the files within clothing_XXX_tweak. There are 3 for each clothing piece:

jerseycloth.SCNE

jerseynocloth.SCNE

jerseynocloth_recompute_tangent.SCNE

shortscloth.SCNE

shortsnocloth.SCNE

shortsnocloth_recompute_tangent.SCNE

*If there are no numbers on the shorts, modifying the jerseys is sufficient (otherwise, you would also need to adjust the shorts).

Within each of these files, you should look for the 'Material' key, and what needs to be done is to play with the numerical values of those attributes.

To adjust the position of the numbers, you need to modify the files within clothing_XXX_tweak.

• Number1 represents the chest number
• Number0 represents the back number

• V is on the Y-axis of the coordinate system
• U is on the X-axis of the coordinate system

• Offset is the position
• Scale is the size

• NameArc and NameRadius are used to define the curvature of the name.

For example, if you adjust the offsetU, it will move along the X-axis; if it were scaleV, it would affect the height."

"The most convenient and quick way I have found to visualize the changes being made to the values is as follows:

Start the game and open the player editor for the team being modified.
Open the clothing_XXX_tweak.iff from the waigua folder with 7-Zip.
Copy the SCNE files to another folder and open them with Notepad for editing.
Make the modifications in the 3 files and save them.
Drag the SCNE files into the open iff with 7-Zip and replace the existing files.
In the game editor, go to accessories, select the second kit, and switch back to the first kit.
Changing the kit reloads the new tweak configuration, allowing you to quickly see the changes without exiting or reloading the game.

Can somebody extract from 2k24 the new added retro jerseys? Like 94-97 76ers, 99-03 Cavs, 91-00 Clippers, 96-02 Hornets, 14-17 Hornets, 2010-16 Jazz, and 97-02 Warriors jerseys.
