would it be hard to make a total new cyberface with a rendering from sims?

Trying to make a new cyberface, but I am totally new to blender so I can't get a result I want.

Would it be hard to make a cyberface using a sims?

As I know, I think I can get a obj. file of my sims, so I'm wondering if I could get a 3d file of my sim and use it to make my cyberface.

Is there any better solutions?
