Roster for Kuroko no Basket in NBA 2k23

There is roster for Kuroko no Basket in nba 2k21, but I couldn't find it for nba 2k23, I tried changing hair colors but I don't know how. I would just like to play with varpal swords and if someone can create mod like that, can you make them have real abilities, for example Akashi can ankle break 90% of the time, Midorima can't miss from full court, Aomine can't miss a mid range or driving layup. If someone can do something like this and tries thank you so much.
Edit: and if you can give created players option to have double takeovers, just like in mycareer and you can choose both of them

You can easily import the dna from 2K21 roster to 2K23 with 2K23 tools.
