Will multiple global.iff files cause issues?

So I am installing the presentation mod v2 by Adamb34n & vetmin & From my understanding, I am supposed to have a global.iff in each broadcast folder. So for example I have an ESPN folder for ESPN broadcasts labeled "mod_espn". I have the global.iff in there. That folder also has the sfx_inside_001.iff file. So how does this interact with the other global.iff file that I have in my main "mods" folder?? Do I need to have the same global.iff in both? I feel like if I had different global.iff in each folder it would mess stuff up right?
2nd question is the same thing but with the sfx_inside_001.iff. The presentation mod v2 has this file and I have another sound mod for crowd sounds that also has this file. Can each mod have their own sfx_inside_001.iff file or do I need to have the same one in each folder? and again will it mess things up if I have different sfx_inside_001.iff files in both folders?
