Any way to view .iff portrait and headshot files before adding the mods folder?

Just wondering if there was anyway to view the portrait and headshot .iff files before adding them to mods folder so I can see what player it is for. Some of the ones I am adding say I already have that file and I want to make sure if I am overwriting someone else.

Open the archive (IFF file) with 7-Zip. Double click on the DDS file or extract it to view using your graphic program.
