CustomCF can no longer be used in MYCAREER with current patch

CustomCF(kobe,lebron,jordan etc) can't use in mycareer mode with current patch(I dont know when the patch)
Anyone have an older version of the .exe file? I hate parkplay so I just only play nba game.
