Help fixing compression shorts glitching

I did something and can't find the right file to fix it but basically all compression shorts/pants keep glitching through every player's legs. It's not associated with one particular model but every model in the game so I'm assuming it's something in my global or along those lines. Anyone know how to fix this?

It has something to do with the clothing files but not sure which ones. I moved all them into a separate folder for now.
