can someone kindly explain to me how can i make the uniforms shiny? thanks

Do you mind sharing your save settings for the normal maps? Weirdly I'm converting your PNGs to DDS and it's not appearing for me in-game. Judging by the TXTR files of the jerseys I'm working with I feel like I'm saving them in the correct format, but no luck; then again I've never touched normal maps before, so maybe I'm doing something stupid. Thanks.

Saving as a DDS file using BC7 8bpp fine (linear, DXT11+) worked for me. I did change the format from BC5 to BC7. But I think you can delete the format, width, height and headersize per the info you gave me in another post and the info pinoy21 sent me in a PM. So stripping these lines can make it easier. Seems different modders use different settings at times. I've use these forums to acquire the correct settings and looked at other modders files as an example. But it can all be so confusing especially if you don't do your homework.

more like Rockets jersey between 2003 and 2010. In 2010 all jerseys became REV30 and thus Rockets changed their jersey number font.

However the jerseys look realistic.

One of the best modders ever I always convert all you uniforms and faces to the game that i'm playing (duncan, robinson, penny, etc.). all your mods are just amazing. thanks for sharing
