Last week I shared arenas with stanchions and dornas for NBA 2K23 here: viewtopic.php?f=279&t=114283
The 30 arenas have been created by me extracting each one directly from NBA 2K23 so they work 100%. (The screenshots were taken by me in NBA 2K23). So I would recommend you to download them until rtomb releases his own work.
I don't know what you have downloaded but I can assure you that no one has shared an arena pack on eyeuc for NBA 2K23 and many of the NBA 2K22 arenas are not working even with the "shared" folder. That's why I decided to create them by myself because I already knew that those arenas by those chinese modders didn't work properly.

Just extract the sxxx.iff in game. For example for 76ers, you need to extract s000.iff
Once you extract the stadium file, rtomb_03 attached 2 folders. Open the s000.iff with 7zip and drag and drop the content from main files folder into the s000.iff file. And same with the 76ers folder content from the second one. Finally, place the s000.iff into your Mods folder. That’s all.

I tried to use a custom reshade but it didn't work on the same job.

I haven't seen any other files that have things like the "delta" seat covers or "17x champions" in the background on the Lakers court for example
