Net Physics + Shape updated + Ball Interaction with the Rim

I'm trying to edit the shape lower part but now so easy......If someone can help me edit the 3d Model of the net I will appreciate....

My findings:

the net 3d model is located into global->net.1126e2ab57d590f2.model

3aB0 start hex of the net 3D
6a90 end hex of the net 3D

...It maybe is sort of vertex list + face list.....but I need to dig it more :-)

Seems like cloth files don't have the second set of texture...so I will try to edit the blender script to change the INPUT data structure....other parts seems to be the same....

Thanks for sharing and for droppin' knowledge as well. Do you think it's feasible to mod the rims to shake upon impact, even from missed shots (as I think happens on new-gen)? Without knowing anything about net/basket modding, my gut says it's fundamentally not possible, but I'd love to be wrong.

I can make it fixed = no shake with hex edit or Looyh tool

but....It's just shake or no shake.....I can't trigger PS5 movement as now..........

Nice mod, but is there any way to make the nets longer? They look short to me. And will your net mod from 2K22 work on 23?

done it!

I just edit the bottom part to have it larger with Blender then exported to the game and....yes it works!

Internally cloth file are just a vertex list that we can save as wavefront .obj files....so It's just a matter of extract / load in blender/ and inject them back to .model files.....
