How did you extract the english.iff file from NBA 2K23? I tried to use last year's export tool but it would extract a english.iff file that wouldn't be opened by winrar.

Yeah it gives me the same error "Cannot open file as archive". I'm using "NBA2K21 Export Console V1.2" if that makes a difference

Outdated export tool might not work. Install updated Looyh's hooktool for NBA 2K23 and use the built-in export tool.

Hi, been using these and they are great.
However I think something has changed as I'm now getting a lot of 'Sample' text again. Any chance you could have a look please?

If you do have different english.iff file, just import the given DDS files to your English.iff.

Use the built-in extract feature of Looyh's Hook Tool
