Possible to assign Ray Clay to modern Bulls court?

I'm wondering if it might be possible to change PA announcers for teams? I'd like to have Ray Clay, the Bulls announcer for the 96-98 court, assigned to the modern Bulls court?

Yes you can use the current ID slot for the retro Bulls team with 2K23 Tools.
