Modded player does not look the same in live play

Does anyone know why my modded player looks different on the court as opposed to the edit screen or instant replay?

I edited the Allen Iverson file png8678 to create a player that has more muscle definition. He looks like I want in instant replay, cut scenes, edit player screen, and on certain parts of the court. (I wonder if its because of a close up shot.) This wasnt the case in 2k22.

I was using Billow's Global but even when I took that out it still did not do anything. Below are some pictures of what I am talking about.

there are two ways to fix this go to your hihead.SCNE file and at the very bottom rename the first LOD to just "hihead" and remove the other LODS (level of detail), the farther the camera is the game will make use of the less detailed model files. this is to help with performance. or change the LOD lines to just "hihead".
