NBA 2k23 Blacktop issue when applying S616.iff

When appling s616.iff files into my nba2k23 mods folder. Upon opening my NBA 2k23 blacktop, all I can see is that the image turns into wide blank player and has a silver background.
Does anyone able to experience this type of trouble?
My possibility is that I need a certain file together with the s616.iff but no idea .
It would be a great help for me.
