2K has been adding updates recently with new shoes. Make sure you have the game updated to the latest version.

Does this modify ratings/tendencies or only appearance?

I will be working on that soon. Right now I´m creating a no injuries roster with latest transactions and face / portraits IDs for those players without that.

May I suggest contacting CelticLG over on the Operation Sports forum

He has the most realistic roster gameplay wise across all platforms and has every edit in spreadsheet

So you could maybe add that to your roster so it plays well on the court. Because to me all the faces, dornas, graphics mean nothing if DeMar Derozan doesn't play as Demar Derozan or if Jokic is somehow a decent rim protector.
