Missing shoes after update

I started a game after reloading on PC after the update message and now a couple of players have invisible shoes. Looking at the load log, it says 1218 and 1219 are in the SYNC.BIN but when I try to export it says they don't exist?
Any ideas?

a lot of updated shoes added by 2k, but not usable and the deletion of the old one (Young 2, Mitchell 4)... So disrespectful from 2k
