I watched this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9cz7IMzRB4 and I bought 2k23 because 2k22 didn't change Myplayer face.
But sadly after recently patch cant chage cyberface Myplayer anymore.Tgsogood says using early patch/exe. But how?
I bought steam so steamDB has nothing early patch or exe.Would somebody please share us early patch/exe ?

I mean, you REALLY shouldn't be doing this in the first place. High probability you will get banned by 2K. No one here is going to share game files anyway. Don't want to risk promoting piracy. Maybe you can find something floating around on the Internet, but I doubt you'll get much help here.

Thank you for reply.Yeah I know that risk.But once I downloaded 2k20.exe on his YouTube channel.
This year he didnt upload 2k23.exe So I ask on this site.I've searched all over the internet but can't find it anywhere.
Every year I only play MyCareer with custom CF(Kobe MJ Lebron) but 2k22 cant change suddenly.I gave up to playing 2k22 because
horrible drippy face I cant play So even if I get banned by 2k I want to play with custom CF.Thanks

Thank you for reply TGsoGood.Yeah I played MyLeague with locking someplayer but didnt enjoy it so much in NBA 2K22.
Because MyLeague has no cutscenes,no growth system,no story(even cheap story i loved)like a role-playing game.
I hate cheat playing I just only change MC face as previous 2K(2K21 2K20 2K19) .I believed this time can change MC face but it was very disappointing.
So I gave up this game.But I appreciated both guys especially TgsoGood.You always great contribution for 2K mod community thanks so much.
