Will these be release for 2k22 users?

With all the microtransactions, I wonder if they ever considered releasing an update as a paid DLC.

Possibly, if there's someone who's willing and able to make those conversions from NBA 2K22. You'd probably have to ask someone who's already doing that for NBA 2K22, assuming they're not leaving it behind to make mods for NBA 2K23.

My guess is they want everyone to spend more money on buying the new game every year, so it's likely not something they've considered all that seriously. Same reason they don't drop the price on old games to pick up some extra sales from collectors, but will put the latest game on sale fairly frequently during its lifecycle. Get more people onto the newest game, pumping up those engagement numbers, seeing the advertising, and potentially spending money on it, since that's where the new content is coming through.
