NBA 2k23 MyEra rosters for PC

I'm trying to start a myleague with a custom roster from say 1999-2000 season, has anyone created the Myera rosters for PC?

I can't seem to find anything in the 2K share, figured I would check to see if anyone has any projects going for PC.
