Amari Bailey with hair switching
This was based off Looney's release for 2k23. I converted his model and am using his face files. I believe the one hair was from Sbug's draft class? I edited this one a bunch, fixed up the hairstyles, new headband, and retextured and added more of his ink.

Regular Roster Conversions
Same thing as before. Mostly 2k's files with a few others that I liked better. Then added custom facial hair and hair models to many of them after converting them.

Rookie Conversions
I mostly used 2k''s stuff but I did use a few of Monkeyman's, Fire2ks, and PPP's files as you can see in the snapshots. Basically had to recreate a bunch of hair and facial hair files from scratch too. Here ya go. I'll check my regular roster and see what I've done shortly.

So I converted a few old cyberfaces, gave most of them upgraded facial textures, gave Langford some 3d facial hair, enhanced some of P. Jackson's ink, and basically just tried to clean them a little.

Austin Daye was a video game legend in the early 2010s

Long arms, could shoot the three, you could slash with him. We always used to try and take him in fantasy drafts and he would almost always have big scoring games. The Austin Daye player type was always fun to use, and always much better than his real life effectiveness.

Do you plan to convert others? I saw that this year some scans are clean, as a Bulls fan it would be great a Patrick Williams one

EDIT: I downloaded and added to the game the cyberfaces and I noticed something: the beard model is not stable, it moves unnaturally (very evident in Williams and Roddy's ones).
I checked the previous conversions made from 2KSpecialist and Shuajota, where the beard model was "smaller" and it is present in the same way (but more difficult to notice): maybe is not possible to convert that part of the model in a compatible way?

The issue right now is getting the facial hair to work with the models. As of now, I'm going to have to redo many of the facial hair models from scratch including some that have already been released here since the 3d models aren't working and I haven't been able to find a proper work around. Basically it's a bit more extensive than before and requires a lot more work on my end than usual conversions. That said, at some point, I will very likely release my work. It will probably be a few weeks (likely about a month total) before it's complete however.

I know it is not a 1:1 conversion, but I think it can fix the issue using existing facial hair models and eventually adapt them.
But then again, I'm not an expert in Blender, I just try to make suggestions

Yeah that's pretty much what I'll be doing with all the conversions that have facial hair. And then making little improvements from there. Like I said, it's just time consuming. And there's a lot that need to be done. Plus doing tattoo and texture fixes etc.

But I've got way too deep of a roster now that I don't want to lose or start over with 2k23. So I'm definitely sticking with 2k22 for now.

All the head models are from 2k23. On Mathurin, I added a separate hair file that I liked better but also kept his 2k hair on there too. Just switch the headbands. Tyrese Martin I used Fire2k's hair models and made them fit onto the 2k23 model (I think it was Fire2k's hair? It's been awhile.) But it's still the 2k23 model/face. And I have no issues with Keels on my end, so I either uploaded it wrong or it's something on your end. Let me know when you figure it out and I'll try to fix it.
