Looking for a mod to edit game rules and violations

Hi there
Are there any mods for NBA 2k 22 that let's me to edit the game rules, such as turning some of the violations off?
I have used google and youtube and could not find anything for nba 2k 22.
Apparently you can do this on the next gen versions but i don't know how to do this on pc.
