I forget which one exactly but one of them can change the texture entirely. Some of the other numbers will correlate directly to color but one of those at the end pertains only to texture. It can make the face look very rough/rugged versus "wet" (or sleek).

kidhybrid89, sure. So as an example I tried creating my own face texture of Robert Covington and it doesn't look the best. I'll put someone elses face texture below it to the show difference.
My face texture:

NineCc's face texture:

DRIAN9k's Cam Reddish Face Texture:

Hopefully you can see all those pictures. I don't think its a problem with the game reading the texture. I think its a just a matter of knowing how to blend my textured face_color from blender with my base fac_color. I have no idea how to do it as well as these other people. As you can see on my face_color you can sort of see the split between my layers, whereas on the other face_colors it looks smooth, the face is one single skin tone, and it looks clean and smooth. Please correct me if i'm wrong. Thank you so much.

Its not your face color its your normal file.

Hopefull you're able to see it now. Let me know if it works. As I said I don't think it's a matter of the game reading wrong, its basically just knowing how to blend the layers together.
