A challenge for Modders

Watching a game on TNT, I noticed that for the television broadcast, they cast the shot clock above the free throw line and below the top of the key. I think this is super cool and would look and function great in 2k22. Any of you god tier modders think you could make this happen?

I've attached a picture showing the shot clock that I'm taking about.

It´s in the game since last year.

Cannot see it in the game. Is it somehow related to mods? Maybe some modded files conflict with it?
Updated: i had file named "oncourtshotclock.iff" in my mods folder. I've deleted this file and the virtual shot clock is now displaying when it's less than 10 seconds remaining. Is there any way to enable full-possession time clock?

here's a preview. full possession, but it shows only on the half side of the team with the ball.. (WIP) need to fixed some bugs, ring color, font etc..

Is there any way to enable full-possession time clock?

I believe there is on Next Gen, but not Current Gen/PC. The setting isn't there when I checked on PC.
