For some reason all my portraits are this small now. Has anyone encountered this issue and how do I fix it?

Yes, by default the portraits look smaller than NBA 2K21 but Mr.Star released a fix for their size: https://www.shuajota.com/2021/11/nba-2k ... ation.html

I used that mod too but a minor issue will prevail. The upper portion of the headshot gets cut off when using custom headshot mods.
