ADDING OTHER 3D MODEL INTO PLAYERS NOT WORKING

Hello! I am learning how to create custom cyberfaces just for fun. I found a free 3D model (.OBJ file) I tried joining the 2 but it does not load into the game. What could be the problem? Any help or assistance would be huge help. Thank you!
