Unfortunately, nope, the rookies CF in nba2k22 is not updated. same CF with nba2k21

Not necessary. Last year's export console works perfectly.

The only problem is knowing which Cyberfaces correspond to which ID's, and that'd be a process that can be significantly sped up with Looyh's file editor, but that's not out yet and last year's doesn't work.

PC version, don;t have the latest CF of rookies, especially cade cunningham and jalen green, if you can export it from the next gen, It would be great.
if we can't import the next gen CF to current gen, I guess some of the CF modder, can used them as reference on the 3D space/ blender
