How to access the different elbow pads

Unlike in the past 2K games, there is only 1 elbow pad available when you edit a player although I can see some players by default wearing the other elbow pads. Is there a way to access the other elbow pads in the game? I tried changing the CF of a player to 1 which we usually do if we want to remove or attach headbands but there is still only 1 elbow pad available. Is there a tool we can use for this? Thank you.

2k is bad and it is broken this year. If you use the CE table to edit the player, you can assign it manually in the accessory section
