Ya I'm thinking i've just got lucky on the cyberfaces i've tried. I guess though for me bottom line is Lowry's works. I can't play this game staring at the giant melon that 2k gave him for the last 3 years lol

Also you can't just rename the ones from last year that don't exist anymore to the new ones because some of the old ones have 12 panels in them and the new has only 10. You have to rename and import the old .dds files into the new .iff file.

I redid Scotiabank and Smoothie King center last year and neither work. I get the blank stadium like how the celtics looked last year before someone figured out a fix. Im transfering textures between 20 and 21 right away and I hope I can figure out the conflict. Could just be 1 texture.

Does anyone know what edits I will need to make in order to have a player have a trimmed torso and his waist higher? Sort of like most of the Modd Lebrons...I was thinking the appearance file but it may be blender.

Also I was able to get all my PNGs and Face files over from 2k20 but for some of them there is tear in the Jerseys and some have this weird black stuff on the face at times...for the tear in Jersey can that be fixed in blender and if so how?

I figured out how to get my arenas to work. The baskets.SCNE is what was causing it not to work. I took the 2k21 baskets.SCNE and edited the code of the stanchion c dds mask to match one from 2k20. Looyhs arenas are a whole different beast though. I looked thru those SCNE files and he changed a lot.

im getting a blank stadium for alot of the stuff right now too, some of the stuff i tested including the bubble worked when i renamed it to the sixers court and arena. Alot of the mycareer/myteam stadiums arent working for me when i rename them to any nba id.

Let's start from the beginning. What are you trying to do exactly?

You quoted me on a watermark mod but that picture you show looks like you are talking about arena mod problems.

Has the game been updated? Yesterday, 2K19 CFs work but with clipping issues. Now, when I load the game, all I can see are garbled figures for 2K19 CFs. These are no longer working.

Im still new to modding and have a question. How do you rename and import the dds files into the new iff ones? I have the new 2k21 file explorer and even note pad ++ but they only let me get the files I want out of the game that i want to edit. So how do i put the files that i edited back in the game? Thanks for any help

devonlimp425, download and install 7 Zip. Use this program to extract the files and place them back in. Since you are new, extract the files to a folder. Ex. the files is logo_005.iff, use 7 zip and extract all files to "logo_005". Keep the IFF file opened in 7 Zip. Then use your graphics program to edit and save the DDS file. You will need to edit the TXTR file with notepad ++. Drag and drop the newly edited DDS and TXTR files back in to the opened IFF file. Place the new IFF file in your "MODS" or for 2K20 "waigua" folder and check the results. When you learn which files you can actually modify you can drag and drop those files instead of extracting all of them.
