(MyLeague) How can get I get historic players to play in Summer League

I've used 2K Tools to put players from the all time and classic teams on current rosters and using them to play MyLeague. I put all the players as "Historic: no" and "Is summer league attendee: yes" but none show up when I'm going to put together my Summer League team.
