You have to go into blender and either shrinkwrap a body from another player onto the LeBron you are trying to use, or bring in his back/back shoulder areas manually in order for the jersey to fit (in order for him to not tear through it). Same with the accessory tearing, manually size that portion of the arm down, or the shrinkwrap may work.
You may have downloaded mods from someone who didn't test it enough in game to see the tearing, or just released with the tearing and still felt it was an improvement, and the 2K20 ones you tried may just not have been compatible completely with 2k21.
